Privacy Policy
1. KEY TERMS
1.1. Company or Data Controller – Rensyn, MB, a small partnership established and operating under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, with legal entity code 307089008.
1.2. Customer or Data Subject – a natural person who is a customer of the Company (including website visitors) whose personal data is collected by the Company.
1.3. Online Store – the Company’s online store at https://buycheapnow.com (previously PirkLengvai).
1.4. Services – all services provided by the Company.
1.5. Personal Data – any information relating to a natural person – the Data Subject – whose identity is known or can be directly or indirectly determined using such data as personal ID, physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural, or social characteristics.
1.6. Processing of Personal Data – any operation performed on personal data, including collection, recording, storage, classification, grouping, combination, modification (addition or correction), provision, publication, use, logical or arithmetic operations, search, dissemination, destruction, or any other operation or set of operations.
1.7. Partner – a legal entity providing services to the Company related to its operations, selling goods to the Company, or collaborating on joint projects, including but not limited to marketing campaigns, joint sales campaigns, loyalty programs, through media, websites, the Online Store, retail stores, or sales networks.
1.8. Cookie – a small piece of textual information automatically created while browsing the website and stored on the visitor’s computer or other device.
1.9. Direct Marketing – activities aimed at offering goods or services to individuals via mail, phone, or other direct methods, or requesting their feedback regarding offered goods or services.
1.10. Privacy Policy – this document, which sets out the principles and rules for processing personal data when using the Online Store services.
1.11. Account – the Customer’s primary login details for the Online Store, consisting of one email address and a password.
1.12. Password – a unique combination of numbers, letters, or symbols created by the Customer to log in to the Online Store.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. The Customer grants the Company the right to process personal data within the scope and purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
2.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Lithuanian Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data and other legal acts regulating personal data processing and protection, as well as this Privacy Policy.
2.3. The Company processes personal data based on the following principles:

2.3.7. Customer personal data and information will not be used for unlawful purposes.
2.4. By purchasing from the Online Store, the Customer is considered to have read and agreed to this Privacy Policy. If the Customer does not agree with any part of the Privacy Policy, they must not place an order.
2.5. The Privacy Policy is available on the Online Store and can be printed at any time. It may be amended or updated at the Company’s discretion. The new version will be published on the Online Store.
2.6. Customers can place orders either without registration or by creating an Account.
2.7. During initial registration, Customers must provide a valid email address, create a secure password, and provide accurate personal data. Customers are responsible for the correctness of the data. Upon creating an Account, the Customer receives an identification code.
2.8. When using the Services or making purchases, Customers must provide accurate personal data and are responsible for its accuracy.
2.9. Customers have the right to modify or add personal data in their Account or request the deletion of their Account.
2.10. Customers must keep their password confidential. Any responsibility for breaches due to disclosure rests with the Customer.
3. COLLECTION, USE, CORRECTION, AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1. The Company respects each Customer’s right to privacy. Personal data (name, surname, email, phone number, delivery address, age/date of birth, payment details, purchase history, and, with consent, gender, date of birth, and residence) is collected for:

3.1.1. E-commerce purposes – data collected: name, surname, email, phone number, delivery address, age/date of birth, IP address, payment details. Storage period: 5 years from the last login.

3.1.2. Direct marketing purposes – data collected: name, surname, email, phone number, address, age, gender, date of birth, residence. Storage period: 5 years from the last login.
3.2. Customers may consent to their personal data being used for Direct Marketing. They can withdraw this consent at any time, after which the Company will not use their data for marketing purposes.
3.3. Customers may revoke consent to Direct Marketing by emailing rensynlt@gmail.com and clearly stating that they withdraw consent.
3.4. Customers can also opt-out via links included in each marketing email.
3.5. Customers, as Data Subjects, have the following rights:

3.5.1. Obtain information about personal data processing and access their data.

3.5.2. Know sources, purpose, recipients, and history of data processing for at least the past year.

3.5.3. Request correction, deletion, or suspension of personal data if processing violates applicable laws.
3.6. To exercise their rights, Customers must provide ID (passport, ID card, or driver’s license). Information is provided free once per year. Requests can be made via rensynlt@gmail.com.
3.7. Personal data is not shared with third parties except:

3.7.2. With Partners providing services related to e-commerce operations.

3.7.3. To authorities as required by law.

3.7.4. Payments are processed via makecommerce.lt (Maksekeskus AS, Liivalaia 45, Tallinn 10145, Estonia, reg. no.: 12268475). Payment information is shared for transaction completion.
3.8. Customers are aware of their right to opt-out of Direct Marketing.
3.9. Customers agree that their data may be shared with Partners for order fulfillment and service delivery as described above.
3.10. Non-agreement with the Privacy Policy prevents use of the Online Store.
3.11. The Company implements organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, or any other unlawful processing.
3.12. Data may be stored longer if required by authorities or for legal purposes, such as investigations or identity theft suspicion.
3.13. The Company will respond to requests within 30 calendar days, either providing information or explaining refusal. Responses can be in writing upon request.
3.14. Cookies – to provide full services, cookies are stored on the Customer’s device to recognize returning users, collect traffic statistics, and track the shopping cart. Customers can view and delete cookies at any time.

4. OTHER PROVISIONS
4.1. The Company reserves the right to amend or supplement the Privacy Policy in whole or in part. Changes take effect upon publication.
